> 3 dayI had the model before this, the first LG monitor I owned. I bought it because it was the cheapest monitor I could find for a small project I was doing. Turned out to be a great monitor, clear picture with nice contrast range. As good as the more expensive monitors Ive bought. I decided to buy another one, but they no longer produce the one I previously bought. This model is $25 more but the same specs, slimmer case, better stand I think. The picture again is quality for a cheap monitor. Now comes with two HDMI ports, audio out jack and still provides a VGA port. The contrast levels on these are are super wide, much more like an expensive monitor. The blackness on all low cost monitors is nothing to write home about, but its better than most. In terms of Durability, the older model Ive used pretty much constantly for 3 years without a hitch. I expect nothing less from this version.

> 3 dayGREAT display!! NO brightness or contrast controls on monitor. Have to go online to adjust. Complete pain in the a**!!! Made my work network CRAZY! But Im required to view several HUGE Excel workbooks at once. So I needed a HUGE screen that. my employer FAILED to supply. Alls better with a HUGE screen!! But still a pain when my eyes are being BURNED out of my head because there are NO controls on the monitor itself!!

09-06-2025My last monitor was 23 so this is twice as big in terms of square inch area. I actually have to lean back sometimes. No issues, and quality far exceeds what I need.

> 3 dayHad several people look at it the sound does not work on this we kept it and just bought a sound bar but because of the sound I had to spend more money so I wasn’t happy with that but the picture is great

> 3 dayThere were complaints about the desktop stand being flimsy, but the wall mount is even more difficult, because the input and power plugs are next to the screw holes for the wall mount plate (there are only 4 of them), instead of anywhere further away. For a 32 inch monitor, someone might be expected to use something bigger than the tiniest mounting plate. With a machine shop in our building, I was able to custom cut my standard plate to work with the LG monitor, but think about that before buying. Monitor is plug and play, but my computer is so far unable to alter the very bright white screen. Arrived un an undamaged box, and I selected the no cost Amazon marked additional outside box, which is added safety for both theft and shipping damage.

> 3 dayMy last LG was a 32 inch screen that I had for about 15 years, but for some reason was smaller than this one. I thought I ordered the same size screen. This one is about 6 inches wider. The picture quality is outstanding! Controls are easy to learn. Really like this new screen. Wish I had ordered this about 2 years ago.

Greater than one weekI use this monitor with two different PCs, so I have to switch back and forth frequently. The only way to do this is with a nipple button that is on the bottom rear of the monitor. It is an absolute hassle toggling this. It constantly misinterprets my intention and does everything but switch the way it should. Theres no good reason this monitor cant automatically search inputs when one of them is disabled or turned off.

> 3 dayExcellent picture quality (non-gaming). Great price. Easy install and setup. Nice features. Stand may be a bit wobbly for some, but not really an issue for reasonably stable desks.

> 3 dayPurchased two of these monitors — as I wanted a sleek, low-profile, inexpensive, yet classy set-up to go with my Intel NUC (which mounts perfectly and out of plain sight to the back). I was a bit skeptical though, as I’ve purchased a few LG products in the past — (monitors and televisions, that is) and I haven’t always been that impressed. However, this was exactly what I needed. By the way, this wasn’t a purchase that I had just made on a whim. I had actually reviewed several monitors in this price range, and these won me over. I’m so glad I jumped on them when I did.

> 3 dayIm writing this review to help others seeing as how I was not the only one who experienced this issue, but I will get to the issue shortly. Picture Quality: - At this price, the images are good especially when HDR is enabled then you really see the difference - Non HDR Rating: - 5/10 average, but good for everyday use - Mainly because image is not as sharp on a 32inch monitor running 1920x1080. - I can see pixel stairs around images from a 3-4ft distance - Not a big deal honestly, but Im used to 4k displays and I can tell the difference is all. - HDR Enabled Rating: - 9/10 - Colors, details, and image quality are surprising very nice - Cant say Ive ever noticed pixel stairs while HRD was enabled. Work: - Great for everyday work. - The screen is large enough that I can see everything much closer compared to a 13inch monitor. - I can see very small pixel stairs around images, but for normal usage and every day work, its good. Gaming (casual) - Even though this is not a gaming monitor, HDR capable games still look surprising well on this monitor at this price point thanks to its HDR10 capabilities. - I mainly used it on my PS4 Pro playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Mass Effect (Andromeda & Remastered version of trilogy), Tomb Raider, GTA 5 and all games looked very detailed, sharp, satisfying and pleasing to look at!!! - No lag, no after-image affect, and no discoloration. In other words, smooth and clean. Lighting - This monitor does get very bright! Enough to hurt my eyes! The Bad! - I ordered x2 of these monitors to use them simultaneously. - The first monitors stand broke about 5-6 months after ordering - The second monitors stand broke about 6-7 months after. - The monitor is on the heavy side and it is not light. Those plastic stands are cheap for sure and cannot support the monitors weight!!! - I was very upset that of all companies an LG part would fail on me so soon! - Others have experienced this, and it is true! Be careful about the stands! They break quickly! - Ive been using my monitors without stands and just angled so it sits upright, but not so much that it slips back down. Yes it sucks :/ - Im going to try to find custom stands to move them around. Other than that the stand issues, this is a great overall monitor for the price!
