My new house had broken ones, that broke into bits when i used some pliers to untwist them. I just shoved the old screw up inside, and pushed these new ones through. Had to pull them in and out a few times to get the right height on the latch bolt so it opens up, but once it did i was able to easily screw the hook tight to the wall, Havent hung anything yet to test the weight.

These are tiny hooks, they are heavy duty but smaller than expected, I’m sure I will find a use for them I wish they showed items next to a coin or bill so you could have a better idea of the size.

Definitely easy to use. My boyfriend installed it for me but he said it was super easy. As you can see in the pic i dont really have a lot of weight on it so as for sturdiness keeping in mind its not heavy so far its worked great.

For months my husband kept saying how it was so hard to put these up, had to be so careful not to puncture a hole in water pipes….blablabla all lies! and I knew it, dude was trying to scare me Bc he hates drilling holes and he’s lazy but I wanted my plants up & I decided that it was worth losing my marriage to prove that I could do this and I could do it well. One day he walks in to a mini jungle hanging from side to side of a 12x12 bedroom and some in the living room and my home office. I waited for him to bitch but he shut his trap, looked at me and said he was impressed. I didn’t tell him it was easy.

These ceiling hooks work perfectly for my hanging plants. They are sturdy and very easy to install.. I just watched the short video and was happy with my outcome.
