I have been buying the smaller spools for my welder for a long time. I usually buy what ever is cheap. Never again!!!!!! This Lincoln wire welds WAY better than the cheap stuff. Way cleaner welds and less splatter. Like they say you get what you pay for.

About a good 40ft of wire was off the spool in the bag so it was a waste of some good wire Other than that, the wire is good

Got a free Millermatic 175. (Im 30 yr stick welder). 1) Used H.F wire first and got alot of porosity and bad looking welds so I figured it was the wire. (steel was prepped properly 2) Got this roll of Lincoln innershield which was wayy better but still had some porosity and alot of spatter, so I just went back to the stick. 3)Tried Yeswelder wire because of a youtube video. The yeswelder is so much better. No porosity or spatter compared side by side on the same metal with the lincoln. However, maybe the lincoln roll I got was counterfeit repackaged H.F. wire.

I have been welding for 40 years and have used many different wire from many different manufacturers and this is by far not the best I have used. I am not sure why, Lincoln has always done well. Maybe this is a knock off, but I am really not impressed. I will not buy again.

I have used other flux core wires, but this one gives me excellent results, almost no spatter.

I havent welded much with this yet, but its performing exactly as expected so far. My only disappointment was the lack of clear product information. Much of what was on the outer box was small and illegible after being beat up in transit. I should have taken better note (or a picture) of the label on the spool, but I wasnt impressed with the legibility or content on it either. And only one side of the spool was labelled - the way it installs in my welder, the labels on the backside so I have no markings on the outside of the spool for identification. Luckily, Lincolns website has PDFs for both product info and a welding guide...it would have been nice to have included some of the key info on a durable pamphlet, though.
