I have a Lincoln weld pack 100 .035 Flux core welder and have used many brands of wire in it and this wire by far works the best.

I havent welded much with this yet, but its performing exactly as expected so far. My only disappointment was the lack of clear product information. Much of what was on the outer box was small and illegible after being beat up in transit. I should have taken better note (or a picture) of the label on the spool, but I wasnt impressed with the legibility or content on it either. And only one side of the spool was labelled - the way it installs in my welder, the labels on the backside so I have no markings on the outside of the spool for identification. Luckily, Lincolns website has PDFs for both product info and a welding guide...it would have been nice to have included some of the key info on a durable pamphlet, though.

This is a very good and consistent Mig wire. Great for outdoors...windy environments. And Yea....It is a single 10# roll. Just what the doctor ordered IMO. Im not sure how anyone could mistake this listing for ANYTHING ELSE.

Ive welded with flux core and every other process for many years and this is what I buy every time for flux core. There is nothing better. It even makes a harbor freight welder usable.

Got the wire yesterday and threw. it in my machine. The weld arc is not smooth like the Lincoln Flux core wire I pick up from Homedepot. Not sure if the wire is real or some type of knock off?

I ran the bead in the picture on a Miller Aead Legend 200 with a Hobart Hefty CC/CV wire feeder that I have never used before, so I was just guessing at initial settings. I was also hampered by running .035 wire with a .045 tip, so wire was dancing around a bit (have new tips ordered). From what I can see early, this is good running wire and will be really good when everything I have is optimized for it.
