I absolutely cannot vacation without this product. The speed of shipping combined with my preference the brand and flavor has me favoring both the product and purchasing on this website. Much faster than the manufacturer.

A little expensive, but tastes great and refreshing.

I continuously repurchase these! They’re great for during sickness to help rehydrate, hangovers, etc. Great taste. I even put them in our bridesmaids and groomsmen bags at our wedding.

My DIL introduced us to Liquid IV. She is an ICU nurse who began to use it during COVID when wearing all the protective gear while working caused her to become dehydrated due to sweating. She has often said Liquid IV was the only thing that enabled her to make it through her shifts. We began to keep it for use after working outside in the summer, when not feeling well, and more recently sent some to a family member who was sick and not drinking enough. It is tasty, effective, and convenient. There is a lot of sodium in it, so users should be mindful if on a sodium restricted diet. Otherwise, A good product and tasty. My favorites are the Tangerine, the passion fruit and the Acai Berry.

I mainly use them for the hangovers and they work pretty well for that. My favorite is the ones with the immune boost.

I would say this product taste,smell, and look is just fine. I prefer it cold at all cost because if I don’t drink Liquid IV while it’s cold ;I have to force myself to drink the rest. I believe that’s due to the sodium. Now I will say the sodium in this over time did break me out like acne wise. Drink more water with it as well. So you don’t over do these drinks in a weeks time.

Flavors kind of gross but it’s not to bad. Haven’t really noticed it help with hydration but will continue to use to see if I notice any type of changes.
