Liquid I.V.Hydration Multiplier,Electrolyte Powder,Easy Open Packets,Supplement Drink Mix(Passion Fruit,30 Count)

I play disc golf so I am out in the hot sun for hours on end. I use this stuff especially when I am playing in tournaments which last from 8-10hrs for 2 rounds. I could walk 6-8miles playing in the sun all day up hills, down hills, through the woods you name it with temps 80-100F. When I started using this I no longer get muscle cramps from dehydration and have more energy to finish the rounds. i went from drinking tons of water and Gatorade to carrying only a few bottles and adding this stuff. I turn a lot of people on to this stuff because it works!!! last week a guy on my card was getting head aches from being out in the sun temp was 85F no wind and very humid. I gave him 1 and he mixed in to his water. He couldnt thank me enough because his headache had gone away in about 15mins.

Been using this product for a year. It’s amazing. I swear I can feel it hydrating my body as I drink it. Just wish they had a low carb version. I think lemon lime the best flavor. I do not like the strawberry. But that’s an opinion on flavor. If comparing like products this is the best hydrator.

Im going to be buying more this when I get paid the first of the month it tastes so good it makes me feel so much better when I drink one and it has helped with swelling Ive had problems for years it helps the swelling to go away and it has cleared up my urine a lot and makes me pee more I have a hard time drinking water so this really helps so it is definitely worth your money

This is an excellent product. Love the taste of the passion fruit. Better than “ sports drinks “. Just wish it was a little more reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this product for electrolyte replacement.

1. Ive tried the passion fruit flavor and its great! It can get a little sodium or thick tasting if you dont mix it right or are super dehydrated. It reminds me of the taste of pedialyte. I signed up for thier monthly subscription after trying it here and with each box they send you a sample of thier night time formula, blueberry lavender, which Im not a huge fan of. I wont be trying the lemon, I bet its gross because I hate lemon. 2. People complain about the sodium and sugar. No, you are not simply consuming salt and sugar and no, it does not make this product bad for you. This is when reading just the label isnt a good idea. The ingredients are in a proportionate ratio, as a compound, with other ingredients, which accelerates the absorption of solute and water into the bloodstream. 3. This product is non-gmo. The salt is mined in the US. The stevia is organic. It has more potassium than a banana & more vitamin C than an orange plus a ton of B vitamins. 4. This helps my skin look great! Helps me with my low blood pressure issues and brought up my iron levels. 5. Yes, its awesome for hangovers.

I drink this during workouts and also at work ( Im a nurse and have long days on my feet) and these packets have made a difference in my energy level. I also dont have to pee as frequently when I drink these compared to just water.

There’s a lot of people out there fussing about the sugar that’s been added to these, saying that it’s bad because of the amount of sugar. If you do your research you will find that our body relies on a balanced amount of sugar to help move the electrolytes and water through the walls of the intestines, so don’t let the sugar scare you away. I will say my first impression was that it does taste like flavored, sweetened, salt water, but this stuff works. That being said I like and even crave them when working outside all day. I do tree work for a living and would get cramps in my arms and legs frequently (almost daily) in the summer. After using this product I’ve not suffered from cramps and my headaches from working in the heat of the summer have minimized. This product works better than Gatorade, Powerade, Body Armor, and is the best “sports drink” I’ve used.

This is actually my wifes second time around on this. She likes it just fine. I dont touch the stuff. Maybe Id consider it if it unbalanced my eclecticity. I will say its easier to carry around than all those bottles if you buy aligatorade.

I used to have IV hydration twice a week. I add Liquid IV to a 16oz bottle of water once a day. I no longer have to go to the infusion center for hydration.

Love love love this flavor! I can’t get through my days without liquid iv. This is one of the best flavors!
