First found out about this product because it is given to wildfire fighters to help them stay hydrated. I have used electrolyte tabs in the past with good success. Although I dont always love the sweet drink electrolyte mixes, this a nice option to brighten up plain water and stay hydrated. Personally use it for cycling or other workouts in hot conditions. I wish they sold a bulk powder mix to reduce packaging waste.

Dehydration is a serious problem in this heat, and also when I’ve had too many cold alcoholic beverages. This is a game changer and will knock out a hangover pretty quickly!

I really liked the liquid iv. Only issue is it keeps me from drinking water throughout my day.

First sip seems salty but afterwards tastes good. Really hydrates. Amazing product. Strawberry is my favorite flavor so far.

I exclusively breastfeed my LO and this boost my supply and keeps me hydrated. The flavor of the passion fruit is far worse than the lemon though. Think two table spoons of Jungle juice with a half gallon of water. It barely has a flavor at all. The lemon lime doesn’t taste amazing but it’s bare able at least.

Passion fruit is easy to to drink but the sugar content is so high. Not sure if comparable products do the same.

I have tried multiple products and this is the absolute best product out there for Hydration. I drink this every day and feel the difference when I go without. My wife has dehydration problems and Liquid I.V. has helped tremendously. Passion fruit is a family favorite.

I keep these at work for days I dont drink as much water as I need to. This quantity allows me to keep enough on hand for over a month. The flavor is great.
