Litter Genie Refill (6 Pack)

I have owned a Litter Genie for about 3 or 4 years. I have 6 felines and they are all indoor kitties ranging from ages 14 to 1 year. They have 3 litter boxes, and I find that the Litter Genie is why there is no odor in my home. In fact most people who visit dont know I have 6 cats The Litter Genie is very much like a diaper genie as it is easy to keep clean, holds quite a bit of waste ,and the bags are easy to replace. I definitely would recommend it to other feline owners especially if they are indoor cats..

Extremely disappointed after opening the second of six to find that the opening of the bag was buried seven feet inside the plastic housing. No choice but to pull out the bag until the open end appeared, seven feet into the bag. I had hoped these would be an improvement over the old round containers. Too late to return now, and trying to stuff the bag back into it’s plastic housing is nearly impossible. Absolutely disgusted. For the price I expected something reliable, but got these malfunctioning parts. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a clunky reply in tortured English to my inquiry about the defective bags. They were going to ‘research my purchase’ and get back to me. I followed up two weeks later. No response.

These do the job and last for months. Normally everything goes smoothly, however I have gotten a poorly packed cassette where you end up pulling the whole length out just to find the end to tie off.

For some reason, the quality of these seems to be declining. More than once I havent been able to find the starting point in the plastic tube that becomes the lining of the receptacle ( there used to be a little label or tab), this wasting a lot of the plastic. Also, its becoming harder and harder to peel off the plastic rim to get access to the tube of liner. I actually had to take scissors to one to cut it open. Finally, whats with wrapping it all in an additional plastic bag within the shipping box? What part of plastic plastic plastic are manufacturers not getting? How about designing one that doesnt even require any plastic except the liner bags?
