Litter Genie Refill (6 Pack)

Extremely disappointed after opening the second of six to find that the opening of the bag was buried seven feet inside the plastic housing. No choice but to pull out the bag until the open end appeared, seven feet into the bag. I had hoped these would be an improvement over the old round containers. Too late to return now, and trying to stuff the bag back into it’s plastic housing is nearly impossible. Absolutely disgusted. For the price I expected something reliable, but got these malfunctioning parts. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a clunky reply in tortured English to my inquiry about the defective bags. They were going to ‘research my purchase’ and get back to me. I followed up two weeks later. No response.

Good value for the money

These do the job and last for months. Normally everything goes smoothly, however I have gotten a poorly packed cassette where you end up pulling the whole length out just to find the end to tie off.

Litter Genie has a deathgrip on the litter-disposal market. Maybe because its one of the only products in this category. Category being, stinky poop trash bags that dont let the smell out. If I ever had a complaint about this product, it has more to do with the Litter Genie itself than the refills. Anyway, if youre looking to stock up for the impending apocalypse, this is a good value size amount. I have two chonky cats and this pack of six refills will last me about 4 months.

I love my litter genie. It allows me to scoop about 2-3wks of poo (one cat) before having to move to the next section of bag. Overall, one refill lasts over 6mths. Because there is a divider from where you deposit waste from the litter box, into the holding area, no smells leak from old litter. Think diaper genie for cats.
