The balls come pumped up but do need more air in order to really get them to bounce! Easy to use. Bought this for our son and my husband and I even play horse with it when our son isnt playing with it. Fill the bottom with water to keep it in place!

> 24 hourThe front basket breaks off to easy if trying to put the ball in. My 15mo is as tall as the hoop and when he puts the ball in his hands come down on the basket yes like a slam dunk. The basket comes off and yes its clicked in correctly.
