Lixit Quick Lock Cage Bowls for Small Animals and Birds. (20oz, Blue)

My rabbits always picked up their food bowls and dumped all their food all over the cage and made a mess, so this was a great buy for me. It connects so easily to the side of the cage. The only thing to look out for before you buy this product is that if your cage is the type of cage where it has wire connected to the plastic that surrounds the side of your cage this bowl would be connected too high off the ground for them to reach. But if your cage is wire all around and can connect this without plastic in the way then I would suggest buying it.

I bought a dozen. I have 2 FN cages. I have my 2 girls in one and they work great. My one girl is a chewer and chews on the rims. I have a larger male in the other cage. I use these for him. The problem is he splashes the water all over. Pretty normal for ferrets. When done making a mess, he plays with the dish, he gets under it and turns it until the dish tab and slot on arm (that attaches to the cage) Line up then he removes the dish, plays with it.. Then puts it in his litter.

My African gray loved it. It was not for me. Lol.

Very easy to get out, clean, refill and replace. No twisting thru the wires to remove or replace bowls with long screws that have to be lined up all while trying to get the job done with a critter trying to love you up!!! More play time for us both…lol

Great for water for our ferrets. I just wish the price hadnt gone up again.

My dog is crate trained and spends time in her crate in our motorhome. She does not eat or drink much while travelling. These work great for an inch or 2 of water and a snack. We stop every few hours to let her walk around. I bought 4, 2 for Mollys (dog) crate and 2 for AJs (cat) crate. Makes travelling so much easier.

I got 2 of these for my parakeet who was throwing her food dishes whenever she wasnt happy with what was in them. When I received them I was worried that they might be too deep for her, but she uses them just fine. And I love that they are so easy for me to take out, but she cant budge them.
