> 24 hourIn a word +Convenience+. This beats the pants off using liquid threadlock. Overall, I’ve found that Loctite brand threadlock works better than any other that I’ve tried. It doesn’t pay to economize. This stuff is ridiculously expensive. Alas, it’s so much nicer to use, doesn’t drip all over the place, so I am willing to pay the big price difference between this and the liquid version. I keep a tube of this in my on-board motorcycle tool kit, as well. This is a solid product, and I certainly recommend it.

> 24 hourLoctite works Great! You just smear some on the screws before you put them in, and after you tighten the nuts, they totally stay in place! I used it on a keyboard drawer. Put together correctly without Loctite, the keyboard drawer got loose almost immediately. With loctite, its been steady, and Ive been using it for many months with no problem. This product is one that does exactly what it says itll do.

> 24 hourThis is the way to go for threadlocker. I’ve used liquid for years and years, but finally got tired of making a mess and bought the paste. Wish I had done that simple swap years ago. Gone are the days of blue and red fingers, leaks all over my work bench and toolbox drawers, and ziplock bags full of half used tubes that are colored like a melted bag of M&M’s. Goes onto bolts by quickly spinning them across the top chapstick style tube. If I need it on the inside of a nut, I just scrape a little with my pocket screwdriver or tip of my knife and slap it in. Yes, that’s not as convenient as dropping it on, but it’s cleaner in the end.

> 24 hourI havent had the stick open very long, the cap was on tight, and the top layer dried out. Not a very good product. The LocTite company said sorry. I thought a new tube would have been in order. Not very customer oriented. I will be avoiding the Stick and going with the liquid. Probably going to try alternatives such as Permatex or Saf-T-Lock.
