> 3 dayThe feature that I like: 1. Materials: Excellent quality. I think it will last a long time. 2. Weather proof: The outer shell is quite moisture resistance already. It also has a built-in rain cover that can handle pouring rain. 3. Hardshell sunglasses compartment: very thoughtful and useful. 4. Luggage handle strap: convenient for stacking up with a carry-on luggage 5. Upper and lower body straps: secure the backpack to the body The misses: 1. The front vertically-opened zipper pockets are very unsecured. I would always be worried about things sliding out if the zippers are not fully closed. It is also easy for people behind you to open the pockets and retrieve items without you feeling anything. 2. Capacity appears smaller than 25L. I wish the backpack could be expandable in thickness. It is simply too small for long haul travel with laptop and multiple devices, chargers, adapters, etc. 3. No fast access, secured compartment for travel documents, medicines, and cell phones etc. This is a good platform. I hope that the next version offer more capacity and secured storage compartments.

Greater than one weekWhomever designed this backpack really took the time to think about how the average user would be using it, then designed it with more features than that user would (probably) need. Watch the video as it almost fully explains everything about this backpack. One thing missing is that the area that holds the tablet and the area that holds the laptop both go all the way to the bottom of the backpack. The materials are top-notch, as is the construction. I’m one very satisfied customer!

21-11-2024I took this on my first trip to China from the U.S. and liked the overall design however the orange “loop” at the top of the backpack is VERY uncomfortable to carry the pack whenever not using the shoulder straps especially when it’s fully loaded. I think this is a major design flaw.

> 3 dayMuy buena mochila del fabricante líder de mochilas para fotografía. Esta no es para fotografía y sí para el uso diario de material informático. Caben perfectamente un notebook de 13 pulgadas y un ipad, quedando espacio para libros y demás. No sé por qué pero el modelo Mica me costó como la tercera parte del precio oficial del negro por lo que mi compra fue excelente.

> 3 dayMaterial is and workmanship are good, but the design is poor. Here are the areas that should have been designed better: 1. No small, zippered storage (for things like SD cards and USB drives). There is small storage pockets, and larger zippered storage pockets, but no small and zippered. 2. Grab handle is very thin, like something you might expect to find on a basic grocery bag. Its as if they forgot to put a grab handle on this backpack and then at the last minute just tacked on whatever handle they happened to have lying around. Its thin and has absolutely no cushioning for comfort. Not sure about its strength. Seems ok strong and attached, but Im not risking my stuff to test its limits. 3. Laptop and tablet compartments do not have something like a velcro strap to keep the item in place. You just slide in, slide out. Yes, the entire compartment is zippered at the backpack level, but still, they should not be allowed to slide around within that compartment like that. Not when its pretty trivial to add a strap to prevent it. 4. No cushioning or heavier duty, wear resistent material (e.g. rubber or thicker material) on the bottom, as protection when you set the backpack down vertically. My Targus backpack from 10 yrs ago had this, but this Lowepro does not. I do like the slim, compact size and shape at least. Overall, its not bad, just ok. But I think there are better alternatives out there. I do like Lowepro stuff in general and have a couple of Lowepro camera bags that were great, so I had high hopes. But this is a big disappointment. Update: After using this a few times, Im upping my review from 3 stars to 4. Despite its shortcomings, it does work reasonably well. The compact size and shape are nice, as are the light weight and the protective eyeglass holder. I may have judged it a bit harshly because I had high expectations. It could/should be better, but I would say in absolute terms, its not too shabby.
