> 3 dayThe feature that I like: 1. Materials: Excellent quality. I think it will last a long time. 2. Weather proof: The outer shell is quite moisture resistance already. It also has a built-in rain cover that can handle pouring rain. 3. Hardshell sunglasses compartment: very thoughtful and useful. 4. Luggage handle strap: convenient for stacking up with a carry-on luggage 5. Upper and lower body straps: secure the backpack to the body The misses: 1. The front vertically-opened zipper pockets are very unsecured. I would always be worried about things sliding out if the zippers are not fully closed. It is also easy for people behind you to open the pockets and retrieve items without you feeling anything. 2. Capacity appears smaller than 25L. I wish the backpack could be expandable in thickness. It is simply too small for long haul travel with laptop and multiple devices, chargers, adapters, etc. 3. No fast access, secured compartment for travel documents, medicines, and cell phones etc. This is a good platform. I hope that the next version offer more capacity and secured storage compartments.

> 3 dayThis is a great backpack for EDC, really comfortable to wear and carry, material and zips are really good quality. Devices fit inside perfectly, Best EDC bag I have had to date, best looking and most durable and I have had quite a few... In my opinion this is really good value for money for what you are getting.

Greater than one weekI looked high and low for a bag exactly like this. I looked at other similarly sized bags (Thule, Ogio, North Face, Etc.) with similar features. I liked the RidgeLines materials and features better and its half the price of the other bags I was looking at. I needed a laptop backpack, with ample storage space, and that wasnt a behemoth. I was looking for a hard compartment for glasses/valuables. I wanted strong zippers. I was looking for sturdy construction that should last me for years. This bag checked all of the boxes. Ive been using everyday for the last few months and I dont have any complaints.

Happy Customer
> 3 dayI did a ton of research for my next laptop backpack. Ive very particular and want a specific type of backpack. I need all the right pockets and zippers while being slim and not slouchy. I hate when a backpack loses form and crumbles on the top. But this backpack is literally better than I would have imagined! The sunglass holder is perfect, the laptop/iPad compartment is convenient and easy to access, the large compartment fits an assortment of items, the front compartment is well organized and useful, the front side zippers hold charging cables perfectly for easy access and convenience, and the single bottle holder is simple and useful. The construction is better than I thought. It has a chest buckle and a waist buckle. I cant recommend it enough. Also, I am not sure if it is still in production or not. They seem very hard to find. It was sold to me by a third party company but shipping was fast and packaging was safe and secure. Way to go Lowepro for making a great laptop backpack!

> 3 dayMy last business traveler was a bit wider than this one and didnt fit very well under airline seats now that they have added power boxes there. This pack is very well made and has lots of compartments for storage. The only thing that didnt fit was my big Sony noise canceling ear muffs--I replaced them with an ANC neck band with ear buds. I dont miss my SwissGear pack at all.

> 3 dayI love this brand! I used to work for an amazon seller that sold these and got the Ridgeline 250 in the exact same color that I used for day hikes. This one is by far the better option. It has way more room and the laptop pocket is my dedicated hydration pocket for me so I now have more room for things I need for my hikes. The loops on the outside hold my trekking poles perfectly and the protected pocket hold my GoPro stuff so it wont get damaged. The price was amazing too getting a $100 pack for $25 plus shipping was a huge plus! I highly recommend this pack.

Greater than one weekWhomever designed this backpack really took the time to think about how the average user would be using it, then designed it with more features than that user would (probably) need. Watch the video as it almost fully explains everything about this backpack. One thing missing is that the area that holds the tablet and the area that holds the laptop both go all the way to the bottom of the backpack. The materials are top-notch, as is the construction. I’m one very satisfied customer!
