17-11-2024I purchased one of these cases several months ago for a Samsung T3 drive and was so satisfied that when I needed a case for a second drive, I didnt hesitate to order another case just like the first.

> 3 dayThis case fits the Samsung T5 like a glove. Inner stretch pocket for the two USB cords that come with the T5. My only concern is some loose thread where the zipper is sewn to the case; will this unravel and the case become unusable? Time will tell; maybe Ill add some Super Glue to reinforce the zipper attachment?

> 3 dayThis case is perfect for my Samsung Portable SSD. The fit is exact, not too tight and not too loose, and the case is solid and easy to use. I wish the pocket for the cables were a little larger, but this is a very minor issue. Since Ive only had the case for about a month, at this point I cant say anything about durability, but it does seem promising.

> 3 dayMy drive and cord fits really well into this. Its small enough to tuck into my lap top case. I love it. There is a nice fitted spot for the drive. There is also a netted area on the opposite side for my cables. Look at the picture and you will see what I mean. The case itself has a firm but slightly flexible shell.

> 3 dayI bought this to go along with a new Samsung T5 External SSD that I purchased back in December of 2018, and its currently end of April 2020. Pros: - Its got a surprisingly soft interior in combination with a hard outer shell that gives me the impression that it offers great protection for my drive. The T5 SSD I purchased came with two cables--A USB-A to USB-C and.a USB-C to USB-C, and they both fit in the compartment provided in this case. - I love the two slots on the sides of the SSD compartment since it allows me to easily take out the SSD from either side or with my thumb and index finger, should I wish to do so - The zipper has been very smooth til this day and hasnt given me any troubles so far. - The outer shell is made up of a material that provides a good amount of grip, so you wont have to be afraid of carrying it around holding it that way. Alternatively, it comes with a clip that you can easily attach to a hook or something for easy carry. - Price is fair--I believe at the time of writing this is still one of the cheapest cases on the market Cons: I could not come up with any cons for this product. Its quite a simple product, so there isnt much room to go wrong here :) TLDR: Pretty great case with no cons, protects your SSD well with a soft inner shell and hard outer shell and also has room to store two small cables in the top compartment

> 3 dayThe LTGEM Case (Design 1) fits my Samsung T5 Portable SSD perfectly. Furthermore, it DOES NOT fall out of the case if held upside down (see photo) as some other reviewers have stated was an issue. Perhaps, they simply didnt push their SSD in all the way. The company that makes these little babies says there’s a 100% money-back guarantee if any quality-related issues arise. So, why not take advantage of the offer if the case is defective? This spiffy little case also holds the two cords that came with the SSD, and you don’t have to “roll them up very highly” as another reviewer stated. One of my cords is folded the way it came with the SSD and the other cord I fold loosely, and they fit in the mesh pocket just fine (see photo). The protection this case offers gives peace of mind regarding my SSD becoming damaged when traveling or toting it around. I’ve used my SSD regularly for 2.5 months now and haven’t had a single issue with the case--I don’t expect one either. Excellent value and quality for only $8!

> 3 dayThis case is nice enough and fits the Seagate T5 SSD well, but the metal D ring for attaching the wrist strap is at the wrong end of the zipper. As you can see in the product photos, when the case is zipped closed, the zipper pull rests up against the D ring. This means that the D ring and the nylon webbing that attaches it to the case can never lie flat when the case is closed, they always stick out. A poor design choice but somewhat understandable for a case that only costs nine bucks.

> 3 dayThe Samsung T5 fits perfectly in this case. Having a pocket to hold either the USB c to USB c or USB c to USB a cables, or even both is really convenient. The outer shell of the case is also pretty tough judging by the feel so for the price its definitely worth it in my opinion. Gonna have to get another one for my second T5.
