Good product and good price. No complaints

After looking at many, many seat back protectors, I ordered these. They are solid and exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, I actually wanted the 4 pocket ones and ordered these 3 pockets, the wrong ones. I put them on and they fit well. The seller contacted me to ask how I liked and I replied that they were fine but I intended to order the other ones with larger pockets. I said it was my error. They insisted on sending me the ones wanted and to give these to someone. I did exactly that and now all of them are being used and appreciated. Exceptional customer service! They went beyond what I would have expected to have a happy customer. Thank you!

I’m writing this review because I am shocked by this company. There is something to be said about great customer service. Lusso Gear has it! We weren’t over the moon with our initial purchase. They contacted us immediately. Promptly sent replacement items, a free gift and a hand written card. A small business that actually cares about their customers goes a long way. As for the seat protectors, they do their job of keeping your seats kid shoe free. We also love that they cover the entire seat back unlike other brands. So muddy sneakers never find their way to our leather seats. The covers wipe clean with a baby wipe. So easy to install and uninstall. They are thin so they don’t take up a lot of space and store easily if needed.

Lusso is a fantastic brand and this is not my first purchase of one of their products. I LOVE My kickmats they are phenomenal quality, easy to instal, match the brown piping on my seat perfectly BUT one of them will not stay buckled. The least little tug trying to get something out of the pocket and it unbuckles. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it’s a problem.

We have had these kick mats in our other vehicles but disappointed this time. One installed great, but the second broke while adjusting the length to fit car seat. Strap just pulled out of the actual mat. Definitely not made well.

I have a smaller sedan and this seat protector works perfectly. It also works well in my husbands larger car. Our toddler loves to put his feet on the back of the seats, so this is just what we needed. Keeps our seats protected, easy to clean, and we love that there are storage pockets for some of his things to keep the backseat nice and neat.

Does the job as intended. Seems to be of decent material and should hold up for my use case. Just keeping the kid from putting his feet on the actual seat. Bottom strap is kind of irritating as it needs to be tight enough to hold it in place, but the strap around the front doesnt lay flat as the sides of the seat stick out a bit so I had to leave a little slack and then manually tuck it into the crease between the top and bottom of the set, but other than that it holds in place and seems to get the job done. Be nice if the straps were the same color (brown/tan) as the main body as it would blend better with the seat color all around, but I knew they were black straps when I ordered it so it is not a surprise. Fits the ford expedition seats so I would guess that is about as big as anyone would need for most vehicles.
