Lutron Caséta Wireless Wall Plate Bracket for Pico Smart Remote | PICO-WBX-ADAPT

This wallplate bracket is expensive but would work well if you have an existing electrical box. In my case, I just wanted to mount the Pico remote to the wall where no box currently exists. I thought I could use this wall plate even without a box, but it makes the Pico remote stick out too far from the wall to use a Decora type switch cover around it. So, you really have two options in my case. One is to use the adhesive strip on the back of bracket that comes with the Pico remote. This will work ok if you have a clean, smooth surface for it to adhere to. Or, what I did is pull off the adhesive strip and it will reveal two screw holes in the Pico plastic bracket. Just use a flat head screw to affix the bracket to the wall, then slide the Pico remote on the bracket, and secure the Decora switch plate around the remote using the appropriate screws or fasteners for your situation. This will give you the look of a hardwired light switch/dimmer without the need to buy this wallplate bracket.

Great for placing a switch where one isnt and most convenient. Its really easy to setup and the install instructions are also clear if needed.

Works great with my LEDs even though they are not on the approved LED list. Added a switch where there was no possible way to wire on. Also works great with Alexa! Lutron has some great products in the Caseta line.
