Amazing product and even more amazing customer service !!! I contacted them because my kitties destroyed and bit off A piece that was connected to the hammock . They apologized and sent me TWO extra hammocks free of charge !so far so good ! It’s holding up fine! They treat there customers very well and I will be buying more products from them in the near future !

I think this is great for multiple cat households and adult cats as well. My cats are Around 11 lbs And 8lbs. They are happy on it together when theyre not fighting. Lol

I love the cat face cut out of the box. It was easy to assemble and my kitten loves it! The only complaint is the hammock broke assembling that, but weve been fine without it. I would recommend improving the hammock.

I like this particular cat/kitten tree. It’s fairly priced and can hold two kittens comfortably. The tree is sturdy and durable. The kittens like the hammock. The other reviewers didn’t really mention whether or not their cats like the hammock. One of the kittens loves the hammock. Yesterday, I took the cutest photos of the kittens exploring their cat tree. I haven’t selected a permanent location for the tree. The kittens are still small, so I want to place the tree where the kittens can jump only onto soft landings near the tree. It’s okay to put the tree on hardwood flooring for cats 4 to 6 months old plus. Our kittens were looking like they might try jumping onto a nearby vanity which has glass. I quickly moved the tree or cat condo to a safer location. Also, I would like to see this cat tree available for purchase in other colors of the rainbow. Don’t worry about the assembly. It was easy to assemble. It only took a half an hour to fully assemble.

As soon as I build the house, my cat sat in the box and would not come out for a while. I guess the furry cushion makes it very comfy.

This cat tree is amazing. I love that it’s sturdy, with no carpet so that fibers don’t fall off and make a mess. My three kittens have a ball playing on all levels, especially running and jumping into the hammock at the bottom. Then when they are tired they all sleep in the top together. They also love scratching it. Am going to buy another for my son’s cat. My mom also has this same one for her cats. I have nothing bad to say about this.

Overall we all love this kitty condo. Would have preferred it a bit taller but the options for that height didn’t seem to be configured to allow our older chonk to easily maneuver. My husband didn’t really see a need to replace her current kitty condo but agreed eventually. Well after it arrived and he even put it together (usually that’s my task). Anything for his queen. No. Not me his loving wife. Our little chonky kitty. Anyway great deal. Glad we took the chance with this style. Would happily buy from them again. Pros: So excited that the carpet pads can be removed for washing. The topmost perch has a wonderful design that gives the bed high walls and a tight elastic base that grips it tightly. Seems really secure and is soft. Design - pleasing and fits well with our tastes in design. It’s not like we are Rockefeller but we hate how the usual carpeted trees looked in the living room. Cons As other reviewers mentioned the sticky tape/ Velcro seem really flimsy. Not sure if they had a bad batch but it’s the most obvious glaring cheapo in the entire package. The fake fur pillow to use in the house seems a bit cheap looking. And the fake fur doesn’t feel soft. Our girl doesn’t love or hate it which is odd. She loves fake fur usually. The hammock/ hole. Well our girl is a rescue and a bit older. Maybe she’ll enjoy it someday but for it’s a waste. Would have preferred a solid option instead of hole. The hammock is a good size but just not appealing to our older chonk. Maybe a kitten would like?
