It’s nice and sturdy. The small cat house box has a very soft pad. My cat loves it. Looks nice.

Overall we all love this kitty condo. Would have preferred it a bit taller but the options for that height didn’t seem to be configured to allow our older chonk to easily maneuver. My husband didn’t really see a need to replace her current kitty condo but agreed eventually. Well after it arrived and he even put it together (usually that’s my task). Anything for his queen. No. Not me his loving wife. Our little chonky kitty. Anyway great deal. Glad we took the chance with this style. Would happily buy from them again. Pros: So excited that the carpet pads can be removed for washing. The topmost perch has a wonderful design that gives the bed high walls and a tight elastic base that grips it tightly. Seems really secure and is soft. Design - pleasing and fits well with our tastes in design. It’s not like we are Rockefeller but we hate how the usual carpeted trees looked in the living room. Cons As other reviewers mentioned the sticky tape/ Velcro seem really flimsy. Not sure if they had a bad batch but it’s the most obvious glaring cheapo in the entire package. The fake fur pillow to use in the house seems a bit cheap looking. And the fake fur doesn’t feel soft. Our girl doesn’t love or hate it which is odd. She loves fake fur usually. The hammock/ hole. Well our girl is a rescue and a bit older. Maybe she’ll enjoy it someday but for it’s a waste. Would have preferred a solid option instead of hole. The hammock is a good size but just not appealing to our older chonk. Maybe a kitten would like?

This cat condo is much easier to keep clean than the traditional carpeted cat condos. Hair is so much easier to remove from the fabric and all the beds and pads come off and can be machine washed. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design. The beds are a really good size for my12 pound cat. The one on the top platform is her favorite place to sleep. The pillow that circles the bed makes her feel secure and is a nice place to rest her head. Both my cat and I are very happy with this cat condo!

I have a 14 pound male cat that always sitting at the top of my old cat tree. I’ve been searching for months for a sturdy, well built, not carpeted, contemporary condo for him. This one checks every category. Love that it’s washable when pads are removed. I assembled it, with minimal help from my husband. I have arthritis in my hands and can’t always get screws tightened. The price was a bit over my original budget, but I’m so glad I ordered this one! It was well worth the price.

This cat tree has a lot of pieces to put together. Thankfully I had experienced help! My 2 20 lb cats love it. The scratching posts at the bottom are excellent. The washable pads are great. The only thing in the design that I would change is the platform with the hole in it. My cats would prefer a solid board. Its a good value for the money and sturdy. My cats have not toppled it over. The grey color is a light grey. I would buy it again.

I read a lot of the reviews good and bad figuring the bad reviews were just a fluke. In the few bad reviews I did read the fabric had a bad smell and the seems came apart. Well I should have listened. That is exactly what I got, a bad smell and the seems came apart on the mats after washing on delicate cold cycle. I have only had it a couple days but it still smells and my cats won’t go on it even after washing the bedding and mats! They have another tree they adore but in a different room. This was to bring them in our sitting room where we have big windows and they would not have to sit on the window ledge anymore to bird watch. They won’t even bother doing that with the cat tree there. The smell is that bad. This is not a cheap cat tree. The package was delivered in a timely manner but that’s all the good I can say about it. I will be contacting Amazon for replacement mats. Hopefully that will go smoothly since I read customer service was not very good on this item.
