MAGIX Music Maker 2016 Live

i baught this item so happy and downloaded it only to find out that the product serial number is registered in another email, i felt scammed. pls amazon help me.

My daughter has a youtube channel and she can never use music without it being flagged as copywritten by youtube. This software helps her create light music (or dark) for her videos without having to worry about copyrights. Its easy to use and suits her purposes just fine!

Easy to install. Fun to use. I really like the product and happy with how user friendly it is. Came with a ton of extra add ons... still learning new features every time I use it!

I cant believe this is still being advertised and sold!!! Its buggy as hell and customer service fell off the edge of earth! Magix Music maker was always my favorite and had unbelievable potential to be the best! So dont know what happened to the Magix team! If you recorded music from earlier versions, dont expect them to work with the updates or the Updated windows version Windows 10. Ive lost 100s of songs because of these bugs and there is NO response from Customer service...and no news about any updates for Magix Music maker Premium 2016. Forget LIVE, its buggy as well!

REVIEW UPDATE: I gave this to my roommate to figure out and she LOVES it. Shes more patient than I and she says that its awesome for creating her own backtracks for her vlogs. Review updated to 4 stars.

After installing this on my computer I had nothing but problems with my computer. I think that something that as bundled with it did not agree with something on my computer. The program itself was difficult to use. It had a lot of problems with getting hung up, running very slowly and it just wasnt easy to figure out how to use the program. Granted Im not highly technically inclined, but I can usually get around a program well enough to figure it out. This software was confusing to me. Because of the computer problems I was having, I ended up uninstalling it, doing a system restore and running a cleanup software just to make sure nothing harmful was left on my computer. I probably could have figured it out if I had sent more time on it, but I really just wanted it off my computer.

I got this so my teenage niece and nephew could play around with it when here, They are both musically inclined and I knew this would be fun for them,. Yes, there is a learning curve and there are issues with it crashing at times, but theres enough on there to keep them busy and they can have fun with it. They arent music pros so they dont need some expensive software. I think they will become better with it over time and they have the patience to figure it out. And its productive fun learning for them. Its important to know what our going to get and if you have the proper expectation of the limitations, then you should be fine with this.

Ive been using this app for a couple of days now. Ill say at the outset that Im working on a machine with an I7 Processor and 16GB Ram, so my machine can easily handle the demands of this application. What Ive found is a very easy to use and remarkably powerful recording application. Its terrific for making background tracks for tutorials and home videos. There is an enormous library of pre-made sounds to choose from which can be added to tracks with a simple drag and drop. Once added, you can split audio objects, change pitch and tempo, and custom fit them to your needs. In addition you can set up your keypad to work as a keyboard, or if you have an electronic keyboard use that to play music. If you are a singer or a player yourself, you can connect your guitar, vocal mic, or other instrument to your computer and record live sounds as well.

not for musicians, cant use 3rd party plugins, tech support non-existent. Magixs video editor rocks,though.......
