> 3 dayThis color is so gorgeous!!! Brassy/antique gold, not sparkly but not matte. Made 50 invitations with two sticks of the wax. Super easy to use with a glue gun. Make sure to get a LARGE glue gun because the sticks are thick. Definitely chill your wax stamp(s) in ice water between uses otherwise the wax will stick to the stamp and not the paper.

Greater than one weekI got the job done. Beautiful color. My only complaint is that it completely ruined my glue gun. Mind you I bought a new one that was temperature control to put it on the lowest setting like the instructions stated. Problem was that I noticed it was seeping through the cracks at the bottom, and when I unscrew the glue gun it was basically all over the insides and ruined. I think I will try a different brand of wax next time or just do the old-school method. Again I got the job done but now I’m down a glue gun.

How to Create Perfect Wax Seals with a Glue Gun?
- Use a low-temp glue gun is the most efficient way to seal dozens of wedding invites. One pack is can make 100-120 seals.
- Insert the first wax stick into the glue gun and allow to initially heat up.
- Once the glue gun is ready, squeeze a quarter size amount onto your envelope and place the seal in the center of the wax. Let the wax cool for 15sec, carefully remove the wax seal and you’re done!
- Keep your stamp on an ice pack between uses to avoid the wax sticking to the stamp.

So how to create a clean and crisp wax seal without bubbles and darkline?
It is as simple as:
- Low temperature - Unplug the glue gun and let it cool for a while. Once the wax becomes thicker (rather than running liquid), you can work from there!
- Keep your stamp on ice between uses. - Let the stamp cool back off so you can get crisp lines each time!
- Practice - No one is born as an expert. Our suggestion is to practice on baking sheet until you are confident to pour the wax to the envelope directly. Or you can pre-make all the seals and stick it with a double sided tape.
