> 3 dayIt was really easy to use these wax seal sticks in a glue gun. I would just recommend to buy a spare “junk” glue gun or to use an old one if you have it just due to the bit of a mess the wax can make of the glue gun but otherwise the color was beautiful and worked like a charm with the seal.

> 3 dayI do like this wax. Its very easy to work with I bought the same glue gun another reveiwer mentioned from Amazon, adtech 0453, and works like a charm. The only thing that bothers me is it has a lot of air bubbles. But Im not sure if its the glue gun or the wax. No matter how I squirt it or stir it or whatever, they dont really go away. Not a big deal though. My invitations still look great!

> 3 dayWas really impressed with the color pigment! It’s a perfect gold color I was afraid it would be a more yellow tone however it wasn’t! If you follow the instructions on paper, you won’t have problems with the final results!

> 3 dayThis was a great product to work with - beautiful color and worked great with my large glue gun. I definitely recommend following the suggestions listed with the sticks. Chilling my between uses helped my stamp lift clean from the wax and I was able to get more envelopes done in each round. I needed two packs of wax sticks (about 10-12 sticks) to do about 120 envelopes. My only disappointment with this produce is the wax color transferred if rubbed again other paper, even when fully dried. After going through the mail, my envelopes ended up with long, red smears on the front.

How to Create Perfect Wax Seals with a Glue Gun?
- Use a low-temp glue gun is the most efficient way to seal dozens of wedding invites. One pack is can make 100-120 seals.
- Insert the first wax stick into the glue gun and allow to initially heat up.
- Once the glue gun is ready, squeeze a quarter size amount onto your envelope and place the seal in the center of the wax. Let the wax cool for 15sec, carefully remove the wax seal and you’re done!
- Keep your stamp on an ice pack between uses to avoid the wax sticking to the stamp.

So how to create a clean and crisp wax seal without bubbles and darkline?
It is as simple as:
- Low temperature - Unplug the glue gun and let it cool for a while. Once the wax becomes thicker (rather than running liquid), you can work from there!
- Keep your stamp on ice between uses. - Let the stamp cool back off so you can get crisp lines each time!
- Practice - No one is born as an expert. Our suggestion is to practice on baking sheet until you are confident to pour the wax to the envelope directly. Or you can pre-make all the seals and stick it with a double sided tape.

Wax seals are stunning on their own or with little something in the wax like a flower or a sprig of greenery. We recommend using dried plants like lavender, rosemary or babies breathe. Or gold foil works perfectly too!
