> 3 dayI dont use a hammock everyday so I was looking for something that wasnt crazy expensive, but also a hammock that would fit me comfortably ( Im 6 4 and 215 lbs.) To make sure I had enough room, I bought the double hammock, and from a space standpoint it doesnt disappoint. At one time my wife, myself, and our 3 year old were in the hammock and were as comfortable as 3 people can be in a hammock. I made sure to get the hammock that came with straps rather than ropes and was really happy with it. Although no instructions are included, after setting it up once or twice, the process is pretty simple. For now, Ive just tested the hammock on the back deck and have no complaints. Ill be testing it out next weekend at an overnight race, so well see how that goes. Getting the straps and hammock back into the attached stuff sack is a pretty simple process. Based on the limited amount Ive used this hammock, I feel good enough about it to say Id buy another one for my wife.

> 3 dayIt’s well built, comfortable and easy to set up. You can take it anywhere and have it set up in a few minutes. I would highly recommend this hammock!

> 3 dayThe hammock is pretty comfy, but the straps are really weird. They don’t have as man straps as the atlas eno hammocking straps. The straps get caught on each other so you don’t know how much slack you’re gonna get from the straps til you sit down on the hammock. I had to tie my straps around the tree 2-3 times before I could hang on the hammock and not be so low to the ground. Even then, I still feel the grass lightly brushing up against my butt lol the trees are maybe 10-15 feet away from each other. Over all the hammock seems pretty comfy. It’s hard to imagine it holding 800 pounds, but it’s still pretty good. If I ever get another person on here, maybe it will surprise me haha the hammock seems stretchier than the Eno double nester hammock.... I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing but I’m not complaining haha

> 3 dayId been in the market for an affordable, relatively light weight double wide hammock for camping/bushcrafting/bug-out (double width to achieve a proper diagonal lay in the hammock [ / ] ). Ive spent about 2 1/2 hours in it so far, and thus far pleased. Ill update if necessary. With this hammock, having made my own temporary ridgeline, and found the correct sag, in a diagonal lay position, its very comfortable. The sewn on color accent at the edge is extraneous and wont bear much weight, though it cradles my head fine. The tree straps and carabiner appear to be strong and good quality. It could stand an aftermarket bug net, but those are easily attached. I do suggest that serious users make or invest in a Ridgeline which has several advantages... it helps with the deployment of the hammock, ensures the correct sag, provides a hand hold when sitting up/getting out, will hold up a bug netting. Good value for the price.

> 3 dayIf you are new to hammocks, as I was in 2015, you must choose this hammock. A double. Forget two people. Just think comfort for yourself. You need a double wide. Its not about how many people it can hold, but the width. If you want to get flat, you have to get diagonal. If you want to get diagonal, get a double hammock. I own two of these. One is a permanent hang in my living room on a 2x4 frame. The newest stays on my ATV for rides in eastern Maine in case I have to sleep out, or just want to chill out up at the lake. Appropriate tarps, underquilts and top quilts recommended.

> 3 dayI have recently gotten into hammock camping so I was looking for a hammock that would be sturdy enough to sleep in with all my gear and my two puppies. As a 5’ 11’, nearly 300 lb. person, I was very skeptical of any hammock I came across and then I found this one. The description says that the hammock holds up to 1000 lbs. so it was obviously my #1 choice. Set up was easy. I did purchase the company’s heavier duty straps which claim to hold 1000 lbs. each and some heavy duty carabiners that hold up to 5500 lbs. so if anything breaks it should be the fabric of the hammock. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it held me (300 lbs) my two dogs (40 lbs) and my gear ( approx. 20 lbs). When I lay in it I don’t hear any creaking so that’s a good sign. It’s pretty long lengthwise and I didn’t feel scrunched as a tall person. I wouldn’t say this a double hammock for two normal sized people, you may be a little squished. I did purchase the WiseOwl under quilt and WiseOwl mosquito net plus a rain guard tarp to cover. I’m very happy with my purchase and will update later on after a few uses to see if it truly holds up. Can’t beat the quality for this price!

10-06-2025The hammock has been awesome and is very comfortable! The materials are very nice and soft but dont feel weak at all. I use this with my girlfriend every day and its plenty big for both of us, we love it! Pros: good quality, nice materials, product is as expected, very compact. Cons: the straps are packed in the bottom of the hammock bag so its annoying during setup and tear down because you have to open the hammock up and leave it in the dirt while you set the straps on the trees. I think it makes more sense to have the straps and hammock in sepperate bags and it doesnt take up much more room. Also the straps arent quite as long as I want them to be. I have longer straps from the same company that I like using more because they are longer and fit around larger trees better.

> 3 dayThis is my second hammock purchase. But the first one was from someone else. They were about the same price but this one came with the tree straps. Which I had to pay an additional $15 for to have with my other hammock. So For starters, I saved $15 on this hammock than I ended up paying for the other hammock. Also, with my other hammock the straps dont fit in the carry bag so I have to have two bags. One for the hammock and another for the straps. With this hammock everything fits together. I have used both hammocks and this hammock seems better made than my other one. I did find similar hammock/strap prices with other companies as this hammock when I was shopping around for my second hammock. But this one really stuck out for the high quality straps. The stitching and carabiners are so much better on this one. So ultimately thats why I purchased this one and am very happy I did.
