> 3 dayId been in the market for an affordable, relatively light weight double wide hammock for camping/bushcrafting/bug-out (double width to achieve a proper diagonal lay in the hammock [ / ] ). Ive spent about 2 1/2 hours in it so far, and thus far pleased. Ill update if necessary. With this hammock, having made my own temporary ridgeline, and found the correct sag, in a diagonal lay position, its very comfortable. The sewn on color accent at the edge is extraneous and wont bear much weight, though it cradles my head fine. The tree straps and carabiner appear to be strong and good quality. It could stand an aftermarket bug net, but those are easily attached. I do suggest that serious users make or invest in a Ridgeline which has several advantages... it helps with the deployment of the hammock, ensures the correct sag, provides a hand hold when sitting up/getting out, will hold up a bug netting. Good value for the price.

Greater than one weekI’ve had a few hammocks and I love them but I always have that slight paranoia it’s about to bust open or break and I’ll wake up on the ground, but not with this one. It’s so sturdy and so comfortable I slept like a baby. We hiked about 1600ft elevation gain over 2 miles and I had the hammock and an under quilt and it was so much more compact and lightweight than carrying a sleeping bag and tent. No regrets on this purchase so far!

> 3 dayThe hammock is pretty comfy, but the straps are really weird. They don’t have as man straps as the atlas eno hammocking straps. The straps get caught on each other so you don’t know how much slack you’re gonna get from the straps til you sit down on the hammock. I had to tie my straps around the tree 2-3 times before I could hang on the hammock and not be so low to the ground. Even then, I still feel the grass lightly brushing up against my butt lol the trees are maybe 10-15 feet away from each other. Over all the hammock seems pretty comfy. It’s hard to imagine it holding 800 pounds, but it’s still pretty good. If I ever get another person on here, maybe it will surprise me haha the hammock seems stretchier than the Eno double nester hammock.... I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing but I’m not complaining haha

> 3 dayWe bought this hammock for the kids. Two of them get in there with their stuffed animals and tablets to relax outside. It’s well made and so far no issues. The fabric is thin which makes it light if you were to take it with you in a backpack. I take it off when it rains or not in use. Fabrics in general do not do well when exposed to the elements all year round. This will make it last for many years.

> 3 dayI must say I am very pleased with the quality of this hammock. I had it set up in a matter of minutes, and it was very comfortable. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, and assuming you get the sag just right, you could sleep in it no problem! The tree straps worked great as well and seem durable as does the fabric on the hammock itself. I was also pleased with the carabiners that dont feel cheap at all. They have a nice heft to them and seem to support me without problem. highly recommend!

> 3 dayFirst time hammock owner here so I wasnt sure what to expect. Im not overweight but not petite either and I have two younger kids...who I assumed would want to sit in a hammock with me. That said I knew that I would need something that would hold more than 200 lbs. This is the perfect hammock for that. I actually hung it up for the first time over Memorial Day weekend under the a deck and it worked perfectly. The straps seems very strong and the fabric is quality too. The color in the picture is a little misleading. The hammock is actually red with a gray border along the top but oh well, minor detail. Im not a huge hiker but I have a friend that is. His only complaint was that the carabiners might be a bit heavy. Like I said, not a huge hiker here so a few ounces isnt going to make much of a difference to me but if thats something youre concerned about please take note.

> 3 dayI purchased this hammock for a overnight river kayaking trip based on the weight capacity, length and the fact that it came with straps already. It is fairly priced when compared to other “name brand” hammocks. I’m 6’ and 285 and this hammock was comfortable. I never felt like that straps were going to snap even when swinging or laying back quickly. It had little to no stretch which is good when trying to not end up touching the ground. It took a little adjusting to get the perfect angle in the straps so I wasn’t folded in half or wrapped up like a cocoon. Once you get the straps right and lay at an angle this was a very comfortable sleep when compared to sleeping on a rocky river side beach in a tent. It is light weight and packs easily into the bag it comes with. So far for the one outing I’ve used it, it has done very well for the price. If this is your first hammock like it was for me and you’re on the hefty side, don’t hesitate to give this one a try.

> 3 dayLove the ease and bought a few as gifts. Great for the lake, picnics, yard, and can even be set up in the home with proper brackets or a crafty handy person
