Perfect for my left handed mate

These are nice scissors; theyre comfortable in the hand and theyre decently sharp The handle feels/looks cheap, but seems sturdy enough. I cant give them a 5 though, as that would be misleading. Lefties who grow up with right-handed scissors get used to using their good left hand to manoeuvre paper etc through the scissors that are in their right hand. Whenever I swapped the scissors into my right hand, they were very uncomfortable to use. I feel that left handed scissors, made with the blade in the correct orientation, would be handier (pun not intended) if you could swap them into the other hand, but these have been so stylised that it takes away some of that utility. Perhaps if Id been taught to cut with lefty scissors when I was little I would have enjoyed these more. Perhaps if I can train my left hand to cut better it already manoeuvres paper Id find these more useful. As it is, I would have been better off getting a regular pair of Maped scissors for half the price.

I bought this for my daughter who is left handed. She feels very comfortable to use this, after having struggled with the standard scissors.

these get right to the point! good quality drawer scissors! repaced a junk pair in kitchen. love these! simple, lightweight without feeling too flimsy. feel in the hand is ergo, but i wouldnt want to get scientific. this purchase felt good.
