> 3 daythe weight of these scissors is very light, the blades are thin, the screw binding the blades is not reinforced. These are cheap scissors and i doubt they will last as long as my other ones, going on 10 yrs now but with dull blades. They get the job done and what can you expect for 10 dollars. If you need these for heavy cutting like frozen or thawed meat or thick items do yourself a favor and buy high quality ones with thicker blades and reinforced connections. it does fit comfortably in my left hand. these are good for light duty cutting and snipping
