I bought this for a Christmas party and wrapped it but didnt open it from the plastic. Someone else got it as a gift and they opened it and I was like, oh, man! I want one now! Its soooo cute! They were going to let their dog have it as its baby and I was bummed cause I thought it was going to get chewed up but they said no, their dog will carry it everywhere. I think its perfect for a child, and adult, cause Im going to get one now, too. Ha!

I bought this lovey for my newborn son to have for when he was a bit older. I kept reading online how having a “lovey” to sleep with can help calm your little one, granted they’re old enough for safety reasons. My baby has always struggled with sleeping. Once he was about 5 months old, I placed it in his crib. Now 1.5 years later, my child is obsessed with his “baby.” He loves it, and I’m planning on buying another one just in case anything happens to this one he has. I wash it every once in a while and it’s held up well. I definitely recommend. However, it does have little beads in it, so if your child bites on stuffed toys, avoid this one.

I wish I had known when I bought it that it was completely unstuffed except for the head and feet. There is a small sack of rice or something sewn into the butt, but nothing else in the body. I was pretty shocked to find it like this. However, in the process of attempting to stuff it myself, I learned that it is Excellently sewn together, with seams being bloody invisible except to the expert and keen eye (thankfully my sister sews for a living and found it after a few minutes). Its Unbelievably soft and sweet. An absolute must have for the elephant lovers out there. It looks amazing in my elephant family stuffed animal collection. I love it!

My sons favorite to sleep with. Had to order a second as a ‘backup’ in case we misplace the first one.
