Mary Meyer Bestever Baby Mat, Lamb

I buy Mary Meyer Bestever Baby Mats every time I receive a baby shower invitation or a birth announcement. I cant find anything more soft to lay a baby on. Toddlers love them, too.

Super fast postage to Australia - arrived way ahead of time frame given. A beautiful play mat that was for a baby shower gift & was received with oohs & aahs from the onlookers. Mum to be loved it so much, she wants to keep it for herself as it is so soft & cuddly! Would highly recommend to any new mum or anyone looking for a show stopping baby shower gift!

I bought this product for my goddaughter (4 months old) and still at 7 months she uses it daily. Even now that she can roll, she chooses to stay on it and play with toys we give her instead of roll off like she does when set on the rug floor. Its soft and comfortable for babies. She has even fallen asleep on her back multiple times. I almost bought another but decided to wait for the next baby. Its used daily and before she could roll we would use it for tummy time supervised. In terms of cleaning we clean and wash by hand.

It is SO cute. I washed it and then air dried it. The top of the lamb has a little loop so I could hang it on a hanger to dry. It is so soft and perfect for tummy time!!

This is the most adorable mat. It is also quick thick and therefore comfy (we assume!) for our little one to rest on. However, the other reviews are accurate in that the material isnt baby friendly. Because tummy time requires little ones to practice pushing up and rolling over, they use their strong grip on this mat and easily come up with threads and plush fabric. We watch her very closely while on it, but it is a concern that she can pull out the fuzzies and keep them in her tight hand.

I bought this in hopes of having some cushion between my daughter and the rug and let me tell you, this did not disappoint! Love it and she loves it!

I bought this so that my baby would have a soft place to practice sitting up and laying on her tummy in her room. I love how cute the lamb is and how soft it is - it provides the perfect cushion for my baby while she learns how to sit up. She sometimes falls backwards or forwards and I feel better knowing that in the few moments I cant catch her, she falls onto this soft mat instead of the hard floor. She has never cried while falling over on this mat, so I know its cushioning her fall. I took off one star because I noticed there are loose fibers in the material, I see it in my babys fingers after shes been grabbing onto this mat. Shes putting her hands in her mouth every few seconds so I dont want her to eat the fibers, so Im having to wipe and clean her fingers after she lays on this mat.

Super soft and doesn’t use flame retardants! I emailed this company regarding if they use any chemicals in their products. They emailed me back within the hour. Also I’m in love with this dog! It’s big and super soft, perfect for tummy time.
