> 24 hourThis is a classic card game that is easy to learn and is great for younger players because its fairly simple to understand. You basically create sequences of cards and it is similar to other card games but its simplified so you can play a game of it quickly with almost no setup. If you like UNO, you will probably enjoy Skip Bo.

> 24 hourI had never played Skip-Bo before, so Im reviewing this as a newcomer to the game. I sat down with my 7-year-old and we studied the rules and played some practice rounds to figure it out. It took us about 30 minutes before we understood it enough to play properly. Skip-Bo is more complicated than UNO, and slower paced, but still fun (although my 7-year-old definitely prefers UNO). At first, it seems really complicated with all the various stacks of cards and the rules that govern each stack, but its pretty simple once you get the hang of it. It does take an hour or two of play before you start to figure out how to strategize with the various piles in the game. You can see some of the other players cards, so you can choose to play certain cards that will help your progress and hinder their progress.
