> 3 dayMy grandma taught me how to play this when I was younger. One of our favorite games to play during my week long stays multiple times a year. Many many rounds had been played. Now it had been years since I lasted played, so after reading the rules, I was a little confused until I started teaching my oldest how to play it and it all came back to me. It is a fun game and good for some bonding time and just having fun. I really like that it comes in a tin container. Cards however are smaller compared to the deck my grandma had, which I would have liked the bigger sized ones.

> 3 dayI had never played Skip-Bo before, so Im reviewing this as a newcomer to the game. I sat down with my 7-year-old and we studied the rules and played some practice rounds to figure it out. It took us about 30 minutes before we understood it enough to play properly. Skip-Bo is more complicated than UNO, and slower paced, but still fun (although my 7-year-old definitely prefers UNO). At first, it seems really complicated with all the various stacks of cards and the rules that govern each stack, but its pretty simple once you get the hang of it. It does take an hour or two of play before you start to figure out how to strategize with the various piles in the game. You can see some of the other players cards, so you can choose to play certain cards that will help your progress and hinder their progress.
