Simply put, these do the job. When I need to get a power strip plugged in but have a piece of furniture against the wall, I use these to give the strip extra reach without having the plug jabbing into the furniture. And at such a short length and a decent-sized gauge, you have no issues with electrical loss. I have used these on a handful of plugs all around the house.

Very nice product. Exactly what I needed.

This is my third order for this type of extension (15 cords in all). Can be expensive if you add up the cost. After use instructions said to always unplug when not in use. What happens if it always in use? It said Do not plug MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF WATTS into this cord without saying what that number is. Not so sure I should use these now. Taking down some stairs. Previously gave it 5 stars.
