> 3 day2006 Land Rover lr3 my hood (bonnet) shocks died and looked around for replacements the Land Rover ones were 100 bucks these were 20, thought I would test my luck based on reviews for these. The reviews do not lie these things are great, the original ones were no where near as strong and these easily fling the hood up!!

> 3 dayThe 8+ inch compressed length will not allow the hood to close. The OEM struts are about 5-6inches compressed. Unfortunately in my haste I installed these without realizing that. According to the description it should fit my vehicle: 2005-2013 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Supercharged Sport Utility 4-Door Hood That is incorrect as it certainly does not fit my 2008 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Supercharged Hood.

Greater than one weekI didnt even realize how worn out my original ones were until I replaced them with these. I only have to open my hood to a certain point and the opening pressure does the rest, same with closing. I will definitely purchase again. Well worth the price.
