It worked for a 2006 Toyota hood shock. The shipping was faster than expected and the quality is good.

Easy install, been working good since purchase a month ago. No problems, same as OEM.

This works fine but resistance is greater than stock. Stock strut only required I drop the hood from about 1 ft high. With this you have to push the hood down with more force than gravity. Otherwise it pops back up. 1/6th the price of original so I can live with it.
