I am using this for a subwoofer connection. The RCA fittings are nice and tight so the connection is secure. No audible hum so I expect the shielding is at least adequate.

Works as expected. Like the purple markings indicating sub.

Great solid cable with tight push on connection. Thick and very good build quality - almost like a coaxial mono plug.

Got the cables in the time promised, hooked them up this weekend and the sound on my receiver system took another leap up with the wonderful full bass sound. Cables work great!

Dead on arrival, hooked up and could not get any sound from the sub at all. I then tried up a cheap rca cable and it worked, so its the mediabridge cable thats bad. No good using oynko reciever and polk sub.
