Could be causing buzzing from my sub.

This wont be a longwinded review because Im not electronically inclined or tech savvy. However, in installing my home theater system I tried connecting the subwoofer with other types of RCA-type cables that I was told would work by people who know more than me...well they didnt. I finally gave up and purchased this one and it worked immediately. Quality seems fine, but Im no expert. I can report that the shipping was lightening fast and that the company has sent me two follow-up emails to make sure everything was fine with the item.

I had the dreaded 60hz hum and this cable took it away completely. I ran it through a drop ceiling and its just stiff enough that its easy to run from one end to the other. Highly recommend.

Excellent product for the money. When it comes to very low frequencies, it is almost impossible to tell the difference between this Mediabridge cable and the audiophile brand cables that sell for many times more. Very good built quality. Recommended.

Every Mediabridge product Ive purchased has been top quality and a good value. You can find cheaper. Not sure if you can find better, at least not noticeably better. You could allow yourself to be manipulated by Monster into thinking that paying many times as much for their products means youre getting the best, but any audiophile in the know will tell you thats bunk that allows them to fleece people into paying way more than their products are worth. I bought a 50 Mediabridge subwoofer cable, installed it, and it works great. Needed one so long because I purchased two subwoofers and installed them, as is recommended, on two opposite walls in my home theatre/man cave/family room. One is next to the TV, the other behind the sofa, so it required a long run to make it all the way around the sides of the room to the center of the back wall. No hum, no noticeable drop in signal (though honestly, with a subwoofer, how could anyone tell unless it was a huge drop or you measured it with some meter which I dont have). In theory, I know that there will be some insignificant signal loss running a 50 cable versus a 6 one, but were probably talking a percent or two at the most, and thats easy to adjust with a tiny turn of the subwoofer volume dial, if needed. But as for the main point of this review, anytime you need a cable, I recommend including Mediabridges name in the Amazon search and compare their products to whatever else youre considering. Theyll usually be among the lower priced options, and based on the half dozen or so Mediabridge cables Ive bought for various purposes (such as USB cables), you wont be disappointed in the value you get: top quality, very reasonable price.

    Solid cable. Does the job.

Worked great for relocating my subwoofer from the front of my room to the back. At first, I thought the connector was too small as it didnt want to slide on very far to the sub port on my receiver. After playing with it a bit though, it slid all the way on and is now very tight and secure.

From the 10ft. all the way to the fifty ft. (which I have both) these cables are great. My two subs sound like thunder. Even on a long run with the 50ft. which I have for my other sub downstairs.

I ran this in my drop ceiling. No sound delays and it sounds like a 3 foot cable. Well worth the money!
