Great for wings and searing steaks

This is a perfect size for the Weber 26 inch grill. Last cook was bone in chicken thighs. This vortex worked great!

I try to on a whole chicken in the middle of the kettle with the charcoal around the outside of it, put plenty of charcoal because I cook mine for over two hours so a little more charcoal around the outside of this vortex would’ve cooked it a little faster but it did a good job keep it from burning.

I love cooking with the Vortex. You can cook crispy chicken with this thing in about 35-45 minutes time on indirect, high heat.
