I am enjoying this Rockland rolling luggage. This is my first piece of luggage with any direction wheels. I normally travel with my Autistic Son and my 85 year old parents - so you can imagine that I need luggage that has maneuverability, and sturdy I have been using this for a year now on several trips and I am very satisfied with it. The only thing I can say I would like for it to have is an outer pocket, so when you get pass the security point or just so you can have small things at he ready without to much fuss, all my other pieces of luggage had that feature and I can say I have missed it. But otherwise I found this piece to be very useful and cost effective.

Good prompt service. Nice looking blue hardside light carry on. However, the suitcase smelled terrible. It was a Christmas gift for our grandson, so when the smell didnt improve after a week of airing, we returned it.

This suitcase is really a great piece of luggage. It is the correct carry-on size, if you do not include the bulge for the handle. It would fit in the carry on bin without the bulge. United Airlines allowed us to carry on in 3 out of 4 flights. On the fourth flight, they made us put in the bin to see if it fit it does not. We were allowed to check at the gate for no charge, but in the future, we will not use this as a carry on option. It does hold a lot, and it seems fairly well made. If you are buying the piece specifically for carry on and they make you put in the bin to measure, it will not work.

Great luggage as long as you carry-on yourself. Purchased in February 2014 and thrown to the curb Sept 2014. As I made the mistake of allowing United Airlines to check it on my return flight home. They destroyed both the handles and it is useless now. Proceed with caution* (ps. I also learned thru UA that any claim must be reported within 24 hours)

Loved it while it worked. But the zipper broke after 1 vacation.

Opened the box and immediately noticed many places (mostly exterior), where threading was coming apart. Havent actually used the thing yet...
