I was so excited - everything fit nicely, the wheels rolled beautifully, BUT the handles are already completely bent and wont go back into my bag!!! Extremely disappointed by the quality!! I cannot even use it anymore. Not sure how I am going to get the bag on the plane tonight.

Greater than one weekas the suitcase has two equal sides (opens in the middle), it can be a little frustrating when opening and closing trying to keep contents contained. Once closed though it is a great carry-on for the money.
