zipper broke with almost nothing in it. rendering it usless 1 hr b4 we had to leave for the airport

I love the set I just wish it didn’t scratch so easily

The plastic hard side is incredibly thin and brittle. The wheels broke off with the plastic they were attached to- 3 out of the 4 wheels, in fact.

Love the two tone color!

We took one trip. This was the result.

Handle on larger suitcase has been damaged by airlines. Airlines said they arent responsible for damage of handles.

Product was delivered with scratches. Material extremely flimsy material. Sent back

One of the wheels is missing after just 1 trip. I have other Rockland luggage sets that have lasted multiple trips and are still in a great shape. Cant say the same about this one though.

The stitching on it was bad pulled the strings and it unstitched the whole suitcase wouldn’t purchase this set again
