The stitching on it was bad pulled the strings and it unstitched the whole suitcase wouldn’t purchase this set again

I gifted this set to my sister hoping it would last her as she travels often. After maybe three uses, the set started to peel. See attached picture. I wouldn’t recommend this brand.

I ended up returning the set because of the poor quality. The “hard“ plastic was flimsy and would definitely get ruined during the first use. The color is gorgeous which is why I chose this set in the first place. Unfortunately in person the color is separated by a piece of plastic tape that will easily peel up. I’m really bummed because the reviews were good on this however these turned out to be crummy. Next time I will order my luggage in person so I can see the quality.

I couldn’t be less happy with this product. I bought it as a gift for my mother who struggles with mobility. The wheels fell off after first use and she had to lug the larger suitcase around. We contacted the seller for a repair, and they did not offer any help. I should have read all the reviews that discussed this common failure and failure of customer service. Please DO NOT purchase this product.

These are very lightweight, very easy to maneuver, but they do get a lot of scuff marks when you travel. Overall I would purchase again though.

I only used it one time and cant tell the durability. I like the price so reasonable, and the color so standout, so it easy to locate from other brand, it would like it come with TSP lock.

My beautiful new luggage is completed packed for a 9 day cruise. Just went to zip the inside panel that holds your clothes in place and zipper broke completely in half!! I have no choice now but to carry it this way!! The ship will not sit on me to purchase new luggage and repack!! My great deal turned into a disaster that I am having to deal with. No am not happy right now. Of course I’ve had it for a while so it’s too late to return even though it is the first time being used. Beware sometimes good deals rent so good.

Great no issues only one trip . However the airport passing was rough in the suit case and caused scratches

Love the color. Stood out in a sea of luggage. Held up so far through a seven day cruise and four airports. Has a few smudges but zero scratches or dents. I recommend highly ant I would order again.

Wish I could give negative stars. This luggage tore up after the second trip. The wheels have completely collapsed and have come off. Cheap luggage!
