I purchased these items for a library program. It has gone over very well. Good quality and stood the test of public use!

So good to find toys that dont come with batteries and feel good in little hands. Challenged and delighted our great grandson.

I love Melissa and Doug products! I bought these for my 22 mo son, he absolutely loves them. The fact the little people come out is awesome, weve misplaced one already but my son loves having them in the cars as he drives! Its bound to show up somewhere. I would definitely recommend to any family whos little ones love vehicles!

The cars themselves are great, but all of the people are male. I would much rather have gender diversity to show my son that females can be police officers, firefighters, ect.

I love this play set. My grandsons enjoy playing with these and other sets that have been purchased. I highly recommend any of the Melissa and Doug products. I have purchased several different things and we love them.

My son was asking for this set for so long, finally ordered it through amazon. He was so excited to receive it, but that quickly turned sour. The set only came with the wooden vehicles and no play figures. Very disappointing for a toddler.

Melissa & Doug toys have served our daughter well during her toddler years. This Vehicle Wooden Play Set was a favorite of hers and my wife and I can rest easy knowing she has a durable, safe playset that is colorful and promotes creative play. I especially like the idea of having each vehicle accompanied by its operator (i.e. Policeman, Fireman, Ambulance Driver, Helicopter Pilot) which adds another dimension to the play and, also, helps teach the child each of these important roles in our society. Most of all, these are just plain fun and even I get caught up in my youth, a little bit, when playing with her. These are built to last so, as long as you can keep the vehicle operators from getting lost in the house (a challenge every parent can understand), you will have many years of fun play in your house with this set.

I bought these as a replacement set for my preschool classroom. Overall they are solid and durable - however the paint does start to chip over time. They have withstood daily play(beatings!) by toddlers and lasted a few years before I needed to replace them. Love the quality of Melissa and Doug.
