Melissa & Doug Puppy School Play Set

> 3 dayI bought two of these- my 3 year old nephew and my 2.5 year old niece. Both enjoyed it- lots of dramatic play options with the pets and equipment. The clippers and scissors were specially big hits with them. Note that the scissors are not dangerous at all- blunt, thick plastic. They also enjoyed the pet food containers!

> 3 dayThis is a pretty fun kit. It comes with some unique super cute items. The tunnel is adorable and the little cones, score card, and trainer ID were all winners. The quality of those items was the high level I would expect from Melissa and Doug. The ramp, not so much. It was difficult to snap together and my daughter ended up accidentally breaking it in half when trying to make it go from teeter-totter to ramp mode-she was being careful, but you have to use a lot of force to make it snap, so its easy to use just a little too much and break the plastic pieces. Its also difficult to store b/c it doesnt collapse at all once you put it together. Overall, the other pieces of the set are worth getting it, but if you want it for that specifically, youre going to be disappointed.

> 3 dayI got this for my daughter as shes into MLP and I figured shed also enjoy regular horses as well. This set is really cool. The enclosure is a plasticy material that you fold together. This is a nice space saving feature as you can unfold it and store flat. A sheet of stickers is provided with various horse names and stars that they can use to decorate their new friends enclosure. Theres a checklist of all the chores needed to take care of their horse, which is great for them to do and feel like theyre responsible. May be good pet training if you dont already have one? It comes with a blanket and saddle, food, water and a brush. Basically everything they need to care for their pal. My daughter loves grooming her horse and taking care of it. Im impressed with all the items that come with it. Its a great value for the cost.

> 3 dayThis was awesome! However my 3 year old didn’t appreciate that there wasn’t a) a hook for the bucket to hang on and b) a day lick. But super life-like and fun!

> 3 dayMy granddaughter loved this grooming kit. It seems to be very durable and it keeps her engaged. She particularly likes the grooming shears which do make a noise when pulling the cord. She has some stuffed animals of her own, but the 2 pets that came with the kit are very cute as well. Melissa and Doug toys dont disappoint they are good quality and lend themselves to creative play.

> 3 dayCute set! If your child isn’t already obsessed with horses, they will be after they get this set! This set lets them pretend to care for a horse (although I very small horse compared to the real thing! ). My children love this and fights have ensued.
