Melissa & Doug Sunny Patch Seaside Sidekicks Nesting Sand Pails

I love Melissa & Doug products, and this is not the exemption. Very good quality and my son loves to see the different animals shapes on top when he empty each container.

These buckets are so cute! Kids love the different sea creatures! Very colorful and sturdy. The only thing I realized after purchase was the buckets didn’t have handles! Boo. Other than that, amazing : ) I would definitely recommend, even without the handles.

These buckets are good and sturdy but they would be sooooooo much better if they had a few holes in at least one or two of the buckets to allow the air to circulate and the sand to drop also so they could be duly used for sand and water sprinkling.

My son loves these! Definitely worth the money spent and I can see these lasting a long time.

Excellent. My 18 m-o grandson absolutely took it over and couldnt stop playing with it for over 1/2 hour. The number, shapes, and colors make it a multipurpose learning toy in addition to the beach use. He loved stacking it over and over and over! His 4 yo brother actually stood on it (OMG) in the hardwood floor and it didnt seem to hurt them, but I dont think that should be done regularly. I dont know the status after their beach trip but if there is anything to report, Ill edit. Buy this set!

My 16 month old LOVED these buckets. First of all, he likes stacking and nesting toys, and these were a perfect size for him. Also having the cute sea creatures on the bottom was fun for us, as we are just learning to count things. He would look at them on the pail, and it was remarkable how well the forms came out when we made castles. We also got a bucket with a rake and shovel, but they didnt get used at all - he just wanted these nesting pails. Well done Melissa & Doug.

Was comparing different sand buckets online and didnt know if these were worth the extra money. Ended up spending the next day with our friends at the beach and they had these exact buckets. They are made so much more durable than the other buckets I was looking at. The plastic is very thick and I expect these to not crack as easy. When we got home I ordered a bunch of Melissa and Doug beach products. Definitely worth the extra money.

The fact that these buckets fit inside one another makes beach clean up and packing so much easier on us. And the stacking / nesting is fun for our 2 year old daughter. The buckets were durable and stood up to a lot of sand, water, and carrying around the beach.
