> 3 dayFor quite a few years we have had trouble with the coffee running over the filters and getting grounds in the coffee. Thought at first it was a problem with the coffee maker. Had been using #4 cones as per the recommendations with the appliance, but when making a 12 or 14 cup pot always ran over. With the #6, I trim about 1/2 inch off the top and it works perfectly. These filters have micro perforations which the other filters no longer have for some reason. I think the micro perforations are the answer to the problem. So glad to finally be able to add a bit more coffee and brew a full pot!

> 3 dayI really like these #6 filters. The double seams have no opened during use, and the filters are higher than the stainless steel filter so the wet coffee grounds dont spill over the sides. Another brand from Amazon has single seamed and opened up in small areas when using. Will stay with Melitta.

> 3 dayI use these daily for my morning coffee. Makes a great pot of coffee. Sometimes its hard to find the #6 size in the store so this is a great convenience. Ill be reordering them again.

Greater than one weekWe have the Melitta coffee carafe and filter holder and these filters work best for us. We boil water in tea kettle and pour the water over coffee grounds. In my opinion, by far this is the perfect process and we always look forward to our coffee in the morning. The coffee carafe is also sold on Amazon for less than $15. If one can avoid breaking the glass carafe, this will last forever, but I always have an extra on hand, just in case.

> 3 dayTerrible product! I have a pour over setup. I purchased these filters and on day 1, the filter breaks and there are grounds in the coffee. I think it is a fluke; no big deal, this stuff happens from time to time. Day 2: same exact thing happens. 100% failure rate. Does it makes sense to go for best out of 3? Nope, I’m done.

> 3 dayMy coffee maker used to splash coffee grounds all over the inside of the brewer when brewing with #4s. These solved the problem. Almost impossible to find in a grocery store.
