> 24 hourI purchased the dual version instead a couples days ago but I couldn’t connect to the router but I was able to turn for a refund and got this instead. I purchased my other two with a 2 pack last year. Flawless ! I’m not sure my new Meross has an older firmware but it says it’s update to date on the Meross app. I have over 30 devices connected to my router. The LED makes it useful to make it sures it’s connected to the router.

> 24 hourI had old Wemos (bought before Home app and a code to scan) that wouldnt update after hours so removed them from Homekit and ordered one Meross plug. I had read that some people had issues with 2.4/5 Ghz of Eero so went to Eero settings and turned off 5 for 15 min. I had one error--sure because I scanned and didnt get in plug to power fast enough (too hard to reach to scan after inserting in plug). I tried again through Homekit, scanned, plugged in quickly, a few minutes at most and connected-added to the correct room in Homekit and named it. Checked turning on and off via Homepods--works great, just like before-or in Homekit. Am ordering another for a different room. I would recommend if all you need is smart plug. I will add automation for the other one. House is redone completely but 116 YO so its not very amenable to Smart Home so this is my one foray into Smart Home LOL (aside from ATVs and Homepods)

> 24 hourThis was used to plug in a lamp in our living room. Being disabled, I can not reach the lamp to turn it on. I love the idea to turn it on through my smartphone. As well as turn it off once I climb into bed. I bought one plug just before Christmas. I loved it. I have just recently bought 3 more. One to be used for a second lamp that is across the living room. The other two may go in my bedroom or maybe in another bedroom. I highly recommend this product.

> 24 hourI was truly impressed with this smart plug. All I had to do was just capture an image of the QR code with my iPhone and plug it into the outlet and then I planted a floor lamp into the plug. Within second the plug showed up on HomeKit and in no time My HomePod mini used Siri to turn the phone and off. The price is very competitive too! IK highly recommend it.

> 24 hourPretty cheap HomeKit compatible wall plug. Works well with my LED strip lights to turn them on and off with HomePod. Took 20 minutes to set up though, and the charger took a minute to connect. Heads up, you have to use their app to set it up.

> 24 hourI have 7 of these, and they’re great when they work. However, 1 has basically completely failed within a couple months. I can’t update firmware, and I can’t reconnect it to network. Not easy to install since it only works on 2.4 ghz networks, and that requires you to temporarily change your network configuration. Overall, I can’t recommend these until they get updated to use 5 ghz networks and fix the connection problems.
