Metal Gear Solid HD Collection

I was 5-6 years old when Metal Gear Solid came out. Honestly, when I first played it, I couldnt comprehend the story. It all went over my head. But as I got older, I just fell in love with the series. Once I was old enough to understand the story, I just had to play every single game in the series. I even went so far as to play through the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 when they were released with subsistence. This marks the 4th time I purchase Metal Gear Solid 2, the 3rd time I purchase Metal Gear Solid 3, and the 2nd time I purchase Peace Walker. I would purchase them again if they were re-released. For fans of the series: do yourselves a favor. Dont hesitate! Purchase this set so you can play them in HD. Not too mention, that it is so awesome to be able to have almost the entire series available to play on the PS3, Portable Ops being the only notable exception. For those that are complaining about the lack of MGS 1 being included in this set, you can purchase it on the PSN. Once again, this set is spectacular in many ways and is totally worth buying even if its a quadruple, triple, or double dip.

All MGS games are amazing. No contesting that. This bundle is great value as each game is extremely lengthy but well worth it.

You get the re releases of 2 and 3. Which means 3 has metal gear and metal gear 2: solid snake! One low price for 5 amazing games. Snake eater is my favorite game of all time. So to get it in hd with 4 other amazing MG titles you just cant go wrong! Probably the best hd collection Ive ever seen on ps3. And being able to play peace walker on a big screen to allow better aiming is so good! Buy this and you wont regret it!

Gud collection

These are all great games, but there are some things that are meant to be left alone. They made changes to these games which i dont agree with, for example, they removed the secret theature for MGS 3 snake eater. Why they removed that i have no idea, but it wasnt wise. They removed other features as well.

This was an item that my son wanted for Christmas - I presume he will like it.

If youre a metal gear solid fan, having these games in HD is pretty nice. People who missed out on the series could also enjoy this game too, though.
