Years ago I bought another Taotronics lamp. Soon after they released this more expensive one. Always wanted it but couldnt justify buying it. Years pass and it seems tao Tronics doesnt exist anymore but someone is selling their stock? Anyway, this lamp dropped the price by 30 bucks, and then It had a coupon so I decided to grab it to finally upgrade. Really love. Its plenty bright. All the modes are nice and it even has a night light. Couldnt get it to swivel at the base, and even thought it couldnt until I read the instructions. It took some strength but it moves smoothly now. Cant speak for its longevity yet, however, the cheaper lamp I have owned for about 5 years and it works great! I gave it to my brother. And that on is made out of plastic while this one is a metal.

I bought this lamp for my niece who is living in the dorm. She love this lamp with different level of light. It helps her to do her homework all the time. The quality and outlook looks perfect. I am delighted she love it

If you want a useful, yet stylish LED lamp, this is it. I have several of this model and use them throughout the house. I havent used the USB charger that comes standard on these lamps, but I am sure they are just fine. Im just more interested in how it performs when lighting my area. I can attest that I do like the fact you can have different temperatures of lighting with this lamp. Sometimes I just want to have a warm light instead of a bright white light and this lamp does that well.

This little lamp was quite a surprise! It emits the perfect amount of light for computer use and home manicures. Ive played around with the features and the dimmer has a nice candle-like aura. Im very impressed!

I use this lamp for my cutting table to cut out quilt fabric. It is very bright and can be turned in several different directions. I would buy again.

This lamp is very sturdy and well made. It is perfect for my desk. I like the the different color temperatures and brightness modes. I am very pleased with this lamp.

The base is fixed. If you turn the base facing you so the controls read left to right you end up with the light sticking on your face. The base must sit side ways. The on off light stays on while plugged in. It is as bright as the night light. I wanted to use the lamp in my bedroom but I hate light while I sleep. I would like to send the darn thing back.

I use it at my home office it is flexible and it’s great for extra light for my zoom meetings
