It folds up a little weird but it is so much better than any plastic one out there. I have used it on driving shoots and mounted on a tripod for still work. Really well designed

Holds the phone firmly, I use a Samsung Note 8 with a thick otterbox case and it just barely fits but holds strong. Useful as a handle as well for getting video in tight spots.

Solid compared to some

As everyone says this is sturdy and well made, however, it doesnt work for me. The phone clmp arms are you just too shallow. If you have a thick case, its to shallow to hold it properly unfortunately.

My daughter takes this with her everywhere. Solid aircraft aluminum makes this a valuable buy. I only buy the best when I go shopping and this product meets my high standards

This is by far the most durable phone stand I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned more than 6 stands but all not very strong. This one meshes well with a tripod mini I ordered. A must own!!!
