Just remember you dont get the thermal tube that goes into the top of the block. That comes with the original hotend. That said, I explained my problem to the sell and they were nice enough to send me a new tube.

Quality made product. Slightly different from the stock heat block but works great.

Burned up the heater cartridge and then stripped out one of the screws trying to replace it. This was the exact part I needed and looks exactly like the original microswiss heat block.

This fits the Gulf Coast Swiss hot-end clone, too.

The stock ender v2 hotend has 2 bolt holes to stabilize the heatblock to the heatsink, these bolt holes are absent on this heater block (I thought the two bolt holes shown in the image were the aforementioned stabilization bolt holes, however this is to secure the heater cartridge)

I didnt realize this does not have holes for the two bolts that stabilize the block on the Ender 3 V2. Now I may have to hold the block while changing nozzles, which will be tricky with the v2 fan shroud. I may have to send this back.

I just had to leave a review for the team at Micro-Swiss. Recently, I managed to shear off my 0.4mm nozzle (noob mistake, never loosen a used nozzle while cold) and managed to break it off in the heat block. This resulted in my replacing my original Micro-Swiss heat block and nozzle with a cheap brass/aluminum combo I had lying around. NOTHING BUT GRIEF. I finally realized what I did in that moment of pique and ordered the $25 worth of new heat block and nozzle from Micro Swiss. Long story short - ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED. I print typically on PETG and PLA, and sometimes TPU with an 0.8mm M-S nozzle, and things are back to being PERFECT. I dont normally get so emotional in my reviews, but Im really appreciative of this company and their dedication to quality. My current setup is: Micro-Swiss Ender 5 Direct Extrusion Head, All-Metal Hotend, 0.4mm hardened A2 nozzle.

I had a brand new Micro-Swiss all metal hotend that I had purchased just after Christmas, but I didnt get the nozzle tightened enough and ended up making a real mess when one of my print jobs failed. I took the hotend apart to clean it up, but found that I had stripped one of the screws in the heat block, so I couldnt get the ceramic heating cylinder back out. Fortunately, I was able to purchase just the heat block. Installation of the heat block was a breeze (after running a new heating cylinder through the cable bundle and screwing it into the mainboard, but thats another product review). Prints great! Currently printing a Mandalorian helmet. Highly recommended.
