> 3 dayIn my old heater block I had stripped the screws so I orrded this one since I saw it has stainless steel screws but I was dissapointed to find that it comes with the same cheap screws. Besides that it works well though.

> 3 dayBurned up the heater cartridge and then stripped out one of the screws trying to replace it. This was the exact part I needed and looks exactly like the original microswiss heat block.

> 3 dayMicro Swiss may not be the least expensive option, but Ive never had issues with their components or with their customer service. I often order direct from their site, but from time to time I need it sooner. Great parts that have yet to fail.

> 3 dayThe stock ender v2 hotend has 2 bolt holes to stabilize the heatblock to the heatsink, these bolt holes are absent on this heater block (I thought the two bolt holes shown in the image were the aforementioned stabilization bolt holes, however this is to secure the heater cartridge)

Greater than one weekThis heater block works great! Just dont try to clean gunked up filament out of the threads by using a tap unless you know what youre doing..

> 3 dayIts a direct replacement for the Microswiss unit but be mindful that the threads for both the nozzle and the heater rod can strip really easily. Thats actually why I needed to replace it, the threads of the nozzle stripped out and it was ruined.

> 3 dayMicro Swiss Heater Block: Ive got the full DD extruder and all metal hotend, but accidentally cross threaded it while fixing a clog. I got the new one, figured out the size, and chased the treads on the original, so now I have a spare. Thanks Micro-Swiss! Glad you guys pulled through. You guys do great machining.

> 3 dayThis fits the Gulf Coast Swiss hot-end clone, too.

03-06-2025How do you attach it to the heat sink without the two holes? The two holes used to attach to the heat sink are missing. I thought it would work by pressing it in firmly, but it came out on the first try. I liked the looks of it when I ordered and I ordered three. Am I going to have to return all of them?
